Description

Replacement mowing disc for Worx Vision Cloud

Worx uses the name Vision for multiple devices that are technically not the same—one of the most common mix-ups when purchasing replacement parts. This disc belongs to the Vision Cloud series: WR312E, WR318E and WR330E, the models for larger areas. It comes with seven or nine pre-assembled stainless steel blades.

For the WR3xx models with a larger cutting deck

The Cloud series works differently

Vision Cloud is the Worx product line for properties where the robot drives longer distances in one go. Accordingly, the mowing deck is designed to be larger—an M-series mowing disc does not fit here.

For the cutting blades, this means more running meters per week. On an area that the robot processes in multiple passes, the blades cut many times the distance through grass that a device in a small garden would typically see.

The mowing disc itself is unaffected: it is not a wear part, but the carrier on which the cutting blades are mounted.

Compatible Vision Cloud models

Vision Cloud WR318E
Vision Cloud WR330E
Not compatible with: Landroid M500, M700 and the Vision M600. These devices belong to the compact M-series—for these, we offer a separate disc for Landroid M and Vision M600. For other Vision variants, we’re happy to check compatibility based on the WR number.

Which Vision model is in the garden?

“Worx Landroid Vision differences” is one of the most searched questions about the brand—and for good reason, because the name alone tells you very little.

Vision M600 or Vision Cloud – the decisive difference
Vision M600 Vision Cloud WR3xx
Series compact M series standalone Cloud series
Typical area medium-sized gardens large properties
Mowing disc other disc this disc
Recognizable by model name with M WR number starting from WR312E

The additional term “Vision” describes camera navigation for Worx, not the product line. The deciding factor is the WR number on the type plate.

WR312E, WR318E or WR330E – one mowing disc for all?

Yes. The three models differ in area performance and equipment details, but they use the same mowing disc mount and the same blades.

Anyone who switches within the Cloud series or operates two devices for separate garden areas can get by with one replacement blade type.

The practical difference lies solely in the rate of wear: the largest model runs the most hours and needs fresh cutting blades most often.

Why isn’t this disc available with six blades?

Because the Cloud models are built for larger areas and longer trips. There, the maximum runtime of each cutting edge matters less than a consistent result across the entire area.

Seven blades are the sensible baseline for these devices—they provide a clean finish without unnecessarily stressing the drive.

If you keep the lawn very short and let the robot run every day, you’ll need a ninefold setup. Below that, there is simply no sensible use case for this model series.

Replacement on the Vision Cloud

  1. Switch the device off and remove it from the charging station.
  2. Put on gloves and place the robot safely on its side.
  3. Loosen the old disc and thoroughly clean the mowing area.
  4. Attach the new disc and tighten the screws crosswise.
  5. Tap each blade once—it must be able to rotate freely around its screw.

With the Cloud models, it’s also worth taking a look at the camera unit at the front. Grass splatter on the optics leads to less accurate navigation, which the robot compensates for with additional trips—and that in turn costs blade sharpness.

7 or 9 blades

Both blade configurations fit the same mounting. The deciding factors are how often the robot runs and how short the lawn is kept.

7 blades – balanced for regular operation

The sensible standard choice for properties that the Vision Cloud processes in multiple passes per week. Seven cutting edges provide an even result and distribute the load fairly among themselves.

On areas with varying growth—shorter grass in front of the house, stronger growth at the back—this is the version that works everywhere.

7 blades – the foundation for large areas
Mowing disc with 9 blades for Worx Vision Cloud in use
9 blades – for daily trips

9 blades – when the lawn is supposed to stay short

The densest blade setup is worth it when the robot is practically out every day and removes only a few millimeters. The cutting pattern then becomes particularly even, even on large, contiguous areas.

With longer mowing pauses, the calculation changes: the same amount of work is spread over more edges, which become dull faster. For areas with more vigorous growth, the 7-blade setup is the more durable choice.

Signs that it’s time for a blade set

The robot needs longer for the same area than before
The cutting edges look frayed instead of smooth
After mowing, a dull tone remains on the lawn
Individual blades show notches or are bent

Buy blades individually

On large areas, the blades are what give way first—the mowing disc stays in use for many seasons. With the 60-blade replacement set including screws, you can switch them out right in the middle of the season without waiting for delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Does the disc fit WR312E, WR318E and WR330E?

Yes, all three models of the large Vision-Cloud series use the same disc mount.

Does it also fit WR303E to WR308E?

No. The smaller Vision-Cloud line up to 1200 m² has a different mowing deck. For that, we offer a separate disc.

How can I tell which Vision-Cloud series I have?

By the number after the WR: from WR312E onward, the device belongs to the large series; below that, to the smaller one. The full model name is printed on the type plate on the underside.

Can I use a Landroid mowing disc on the Vision Cloud?

No. The Landroid M series has its own mowing deck, which is not compatible with the Vision-Cloud series.

Is the disc available with 6 blades?

For this series, we offer 7 and 9 blades.

How often do I need to replace them?

No fixed interval. In Worx robots, the first noticeable sign is a poorer mulching result.

Are the blades pre-assembled?

Yes, the disc is delivered ready to install.

Warning

Do not use the new cutting disc if the blade mount, mounting points,
threads, or screws are damaged. In this case, the lawn mower may only be used again after
proper inspection.

5. Installing the GRASBOT cutting disc

  1. Fit the GRASBOT cutting disc onto the blade mount.
  2. Make sure the cutting disc sits flat and is correctly centered.
  3. Insert the appropriate fastening screws.
  4. Tighten the screws evenly and firmly.
  5. Do not overtighten the screws to avoid damage to threads or components.

  4. Install the new GRASBOT replacement blades on the designated mounting points.
  5. Make sure the blades remain free to move, if this is intended by the design.
  6. Fasten each blade with a suitable screw.
  7. Tighten the screws securely without over-tightening them.
  8. Check each blade for a secure fit and free movement.

7. Check after installation

  • Are all screws fully inserted and securely fastened?
  • Is the cutting disc straight and firmly seated?
  • Can the blades move freely, if intended?
  • Have no tools or foreign objects been left in the area of the cutting disc?
  • Does the cutting disc run freely and without grinding?

8. Operation and Maintenance

  • Check the blades, screws, and cutting disc regularly for wear.
  • Replace damaged or heavily worn parts immediately.
  • Clean the cutting disc regularly of grass clippings and dirt.
  • Do not use the lawn mower robot if unusual noises, vibrations, or running problems occur.
  • Use only compatible replacement parts and suitable mounting materials.

Note on Blade Replacement

Always replace blades in good time. Dull or damaged blades can worsen the cutting pattern,
place a greater load on the lawn mower robot, and impair safety.
