Replacement Blades for Robot Mowers – 60 pcs Set

Replacement blades for robotic lawnmowers—for anyone who keeps the carrier disc and only swaps the cutting parts. Makes sense as long as the disc shows no cracks and the blades have no play.

Replace the blades or the entire disc?

Not every level of wear affects the complete mowing disc. If the carrier disc is still intact and only the cutting edges have dulled, replacing the blades is enough—saving you money and material.

Remove the disc and check three things: Are the blades firmly seated in their mounts, or do they have noticeable play? Can you see hairline cracks around the holes? Is the disc still flat or slightly warped?

If everything is fine and only the cutting edges are dull or notched, you save with the blade set. If, on the other hand, the disc has play or cracks, new metal won’t help—the blades then sit looser, vibrate more, and cut at a slightly different height.

The most common mistake when replacing blades

Replace individual blades
Used and new blades have different weights, and that’s exactly what creates imbalance—which is transferred to the motor mount with every rotation. Always replace all blades of a disc at the same time.
Tighten the blades too much
The blades must be able to swing out freely. If you tighten the screws too much, you block the movement—the cutting performance suffers and the load on the motor increases.
