Not every level of wear affects the complete mowing disc. If the carrier disc is still intact and only the cutting edges have dulled, replacing the blades is enough—saving you money and material.
Remove the disc and check three things: Are the blades firmly seated in their mounts, or do they have noticeable play? Can you see hairline cracks around the holes? Is the disc still flat or slightly warped?
If everything is fine and only the cutting edges are dull or notched, you save with the blade set. If, on the other hand, the disc has play or cracks, new metal won’t help—the blades then sit looser, vibrate more, and cut at a slightly different height.
The 60 replacement blades set including screws fits GRASBOT cutting discs and Segway Navimow mowing discs of the i- and H-Series. With a 6-blade disc, it’s enough for ten complete replacements.
