A. Notice of cancellation

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal subject to the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract.

The foregoing does not apply to additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

The immediate costs of returning the goods are, with regard to such goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us by post in the normal way, i.e. freight goods, estimated at no more than about 100 euros for each such item.

You are only required to cover any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary in order to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, these goods have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are outside the European Union.

General information

Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us, if possible in their original packaging, with all accessories and with all packaging components.

Please do not return the goods to us postage due.

The above information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
