Segway Navimow Blade Discs – i105E, i208 & H800E

Replacement mowing discs for Segway Navimow—H series and i series. Note for the i series: i105E to i205 AWD and i208 AWD to i220 LiDAR have different cutting units.

Segway Navimow: wireless from the very beginning

Most people knew Segway from its electric scooters before the brand entered the robotic mower market in 2022. From the start, the approach was wireless: instead of laying a boundary wire, the Navimow uses RTK satellite navigation and an antenna that is placed separately in the garden and calibrated precisely.

The lineup has since grown into two families—and the i-series is further divided internally. This is exactly where most incorrect orders happen, because the model numbers differ by only one digit.

Typical Problems with Navimow Robots

Mixing up i205 AWD and i208 AWD
By far the most common mistake when purchasing a spare part. The names sound almost identical, but the mowing units are different. A quick look at the type label on the underside clears it up in seconds—there you’ll find the full designation.
Positioning errors after service work
If the RTK antenna is accidentally moved while handling the robot, navigation problems can occur that look like a defect. When changing the mowing disc, take the robot off the lawn and leave the antenna untouched.
Stuck blades of grass in the large i series
With the wider mowing deck of the i208 AWD, this is the first sign of weakening blades—before the tips of the grass blades are visibly fraying. On smaller models, wear shows up the other way around.
Why there is no 6-blade variant for i208
With the larger disc diameter, six blades would be spaced so far apart that noticeable gaps would form between the cuts. Seven is the sensible minimum here.

For the first generation, there is the mowing disc for H500E, H800E and H1500E. The small i series covers the disc for i105E, i108E and i205 AWD, while the large one covers the mowing disc for i208 AWD, i215 and i220 LiDAR.

To go with that, we offer the 60 replacement blades set for everyone who wants to keep the carrier disc and only replace the blades—this makes sense as long as the disc does not show cracks and the blades have no play in the mounts.
