Perfectly fitting replacement blades and mowing discs for your robotic mower – direct from the manufacturer, shipped within 24h.
We manufacture mowing discs and replacement blades for robotic mowers – and sell them directly, without middlemen.
A robotic lawnmower is only as good as its cutting tools. The drive can be just as precise, and the navigation just as sophisticated—if the blades are dull or the mowing disc is worn out, the cut pattern is immediately visibly affected. At GRASBOT, we manufacture cutting discs, mowing discs and replacement blades for all common robotic lawnmower brands and sell them directly, without middlemen. The result: perfectly fitting parts at prices that are significantly lower than those of the original replacement parts.
The first signs are subtle. The grass is no longer cut cleanly, but torn off at the stems. Within a few days, the cut tips turn brownish, the lawn looks dull and uneven. If you look more closely, you’ll see frayed stem ends instead of a smooth cut.
A second signal is smooth operation. A balanced mowing disc rotates without vibrations. If blades are worn down to different degrees or one is missing entirely, imbalance occurs. The robot becomes noticeably louder, the motor bearings are permanently stressed, and the battery lasts noticeably less time because the drive has to work against the vibration. If you wait too long, you won’t end up replacing just a disc for a few euros—you’ll be replacing a mower deck for many times the cost.
As a rough guideline: with normal garden use, blades last for one season. On areas with sand, molehills, fallen branches, or pine cones, wear can occur significantly faster. Taking a look under the robot every four to six weeks takes two minutes and answers the question more reliably than any rule of thumb.
We offer our mowing discs in several variants because there is no configuration that would be equally optimal for every garden. The differences are real and measurable:
Six blades are the battery-friendly option. Fewer blades mean less air resistance and less mass that needs to be accelerated. On large areas where the robot travels long paths, this noticeably extends runtime per charge. The cutting pattern is clean, but not as fine as with a higher number of blades.
Seven blades are the compromise that most customers choose. The cutting pattern is significantly finer than with six blades, and the additional battery consumption remains low. For the typical home garden with mixed areas, this is the most inconspicuous choice in practice.
Nine blades deliver the finest cutting pattern. If you mow frequently, maintain an ornamental lawn, or place value on an even appearance, you get the best result here. The clippings discharge is finer, and the mulching result is more uniform. The trade-off is a slightly shorter battery runtime.
For the eufy C15, we also offer a version with five blades—in this model, the reduced blade setup makes particularly good sense due to the mower deck design. For eufy E15 and E18, a different mounting applies; the mowing discs are not interchangeable with each other.
Robotic lawnmowers differ significantly in their blade mounting, even within the same brand. A mowing disc for the Dreame A1, A1 Pro and A2 does not fit the Dreame A3 AWD, even though both come from the same manufacturer. The Segway Navimow i-Series and the H-Series have different mower decks. With Ecovacs GOAT, O-Series and A-Series differ fundamentally.
That’s why each product page clearly states which models the mowing disc is made for—and, where it makes sense, also for which models it explicitly does not fit. A mowing disc that only almost fits is not a bargain: it sits with play on the shaft, creates imbalance, and damages the mounting in the long run.
Our range covers the popular robotic mower series: Mammotion LUBA and YUKA, Segway Navimow in the i- and H-series, Dreame A1, A2 and A3 AWD, MOVA with the 600, 1000, LiDAX and VIAX lines, Ecovacs GOAT, eufy E15, E18 and C15, GARDENA SILENO life, plus and minimo, Husqvarna Automower, Worx Landroid and Vision Cloud, ANTHBOT Genie, Sunseeker, as well as TerraMow.

The blades are made of rust-free stainless steel. That’s no cosmetic issue for a component that’s exposed to moisture outdoors for months: rust starting at the cutting edge leads to faster dulling, and rust on the mounting screw makes the next replacement unnecessarily complicated.
The disc itself is made of durable composite plastic. This material has two advantages over metal: it is lighter, which benefits the battery, and in the event of a hard impact—such as hitting a stone—it breaks in a controlled way instead of transferring the force directly to the motor shaft.
All discs are manufactured as balanced sets and delivered fully assembled. So you don’t have to screw on blades yourself, and you won’t get two discs whose weight differs in a measurable way. If you’re only looking for replenishment for the next change, you’ll find it in the replacement blades set with 60 blades.
A mowing disc change isn’t a workshop job. In the vast majority of cases, a screwdriver or a small Allen key is all you need. Switch the robot off, turn it over, unscrew the old discs, fit the new ones, tighten—done. With replacement discs that are identical in design, calibration is not required; the cutting height setting remains unchanged.
What matters is this: never work on the device while it’s switched on, and wear gloves. Even worn blades are sharp enough at the edges to cause an unpleasant cut.
Original spare parts from robot manufacturers are regularly expensive and, at times, not available for weeks—precisely in spring, when everyone needs replacements at the same time. On the other end of the market are cheap offers of unclear origin, where fit is a matter of luck and the blade mounting tears out after just a few weeks.
GRASBOT sits in between: We manufacture ourselves and sell directly. No middlemen means a shorter route and a lower price – not worse material. Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, we deliver to 21 European countries, and shipping is free.
If you’re not sure which disc belongs to your robot model, write to us at info@grasbot.com. You’ll get a reply from someone who assembled the parts themselves – not from a call center. A return due to the wrong part costs both of us time; a quick question beforehand saves it.
